Michael Iaccarino
Chairman & CEO
Mike has been a leader in the direct marketing space since 1998. He thrives on transforming businesses to help them achieve their full potential and currently serves as Chairman of three industry-leading direct marketing companies.
As the CEO and Chairman of Exhance, Mike oversees the fulfillment of the company mission: to help all companies exceed their goals with powerful solutions that drive loyalty through increased customer engagement.
Prior to joining Exhance, Mike has been Chairman and CEO of Data Axle, an industry-leading data-driven multichannel direct marketing agency since 2011. Data Axle has industry-leading proprietary business and consumer databases that are also used to power client products through its licensing division. Mike remains Chairman of Data Axle.
Mike served as the President and CEO of Mobile Messenger from 2009 to 2011, establishing the company as a dominant mobile technology content distribution player in North America. He was CEO of Epsilon from 2001 to 2009, transforming Epsilon into a leading database marketing company. Epsilon achieved a more than threefold growth in revenue and a sixfold increase in EBITDA under his leadership. Prior to being CEO, Mike was CFO of Epsilon and was instrumental in the spin out of the business from American Express.
He has extensive experience in working with financial sponsors and has served as operating partner at CCMP Capital. He holds a B.S. in Accounting and English from Boston College, where he graduated magna cum laude, and he is a former Certified Public Accountant.
Michele Conforti
EVP and President
Michele serves as the EVP and President of Exhance. In previous roles, he has successfully led business expansion by driving innovation and client acquisitions that include some of the world’s largest and most respected brands in e-commerce, retail, financial institutions, and telecommunications.
Prior to Exhance, Michele spent ten years with American Express, holding various key positions including CFO of Establishment Services International. Prior to American Express, Michele also held positions with Enel as VP/Head of Finance-Investor Relations and with DHL International as Controller—Business Transformation.
Michele was born in Italy, is a CPA, and holds a first-class Honors Degree in Economics & Business, MBA (Università degli Studi Federico II, I.U.N—Italy) and a postgraduate Management Degree in Finance (Formez/Fiat School of Management—Italy).
Jason Hanavan
EVP and Chief Financial Officer
As the Chief Financial Officer, Jason is responsible for leading Exhance’s global finance team to perform all finance-related activities, including Financial Reporting, Planning & Analysis, Treasury, Tax, Audit, and Compliance.
With over 20 years of finance experience, Jason has held various leadership roles, including as a multi-regional CFO of a $2 billion private equity-held marketing services firm and roles as the Global VP of FP&A and the Corporate Controller for marketing execution services public company InnerWorkings.
Jason started his career at Arthur Andersen and spent over 10 years at Deloitte as a CPA. Jason received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Western Illinois University.
Iphigénie Fossati-Kotz
EVP and General Counsel
Iphigénie was appointed General Counsel of Exhance in January 2024, having previously served as the General Counsel for International Markets (EMEA and LATAM).
She joined the organization in 2012 as a member of the Legal Department. Prior to her appointment to General Counsel for International in 2015, she held various positions within the department.
Iphigenie previously worked as an associate in the Antitrust and M&A/Competition Practice at Hogan Lovells LLP.
She qualified in France and holds a French and German Master of Laws from Paris X, Humboldt Berlin, and Potsdam Universities, as well as a Master of Public Affairs from Sciences-Po Paris.
Loïc Blondel
EVP and Chief Technology Officer
Loïc, as Exhance’s Chief Technology Officer, is responsible for implementing the company’s strategic vision for its technology and products ecosystem. From ideation to launch, Loïc drives the group’s product proposition, product engineering, innovation, and D&A strategy. Based in Switzerland, he leads a team of passionate technologists based in the U.S., Europe, and India. Loïc developed a proprietary cloud platform to rapidly deploy clients, automate the onboarding of content and end users, and deliver a profitable and sustainable revenue stream. He joined the company in 2007, after working in the music and radio industry. His first steps in the tech industry were as an entrepreneur, founding a company specialized in algorithms. Loïc loves big challenges and developing creative and efficient solutions focused on driving business outcomes.
Lynn Doonan
EVP and Chief People Officer
Lynn Doonan leads our Human Resources function.
Lynn joined the company in 1998 and was an attorney in the Legal Department until 2020. Prior to joining, Lynn practiced Labor & Employment law with Morgan, Lewis & Bockius.
Lynn is a graduate of Boston College and Harvard Law School.
David Treybig
EVP and Chief Information Officer
David is Chief Information Officer and SVP of Global Operations for Exhance. He is responsible for Corporate Systems, IT Infrastructure, Information Security, Contact Centers, Member Operations, and Facilities. He joined the organization in 2016 and held various IT positions of increasing responsibility until being appointed as CIO in 2022 and adding Global Operations in 2023.
Prior to joining Exhance, David worked in the IT services industry holding various leadership roles at Lumen, Ciber, and SWS Technologies. During this period, he worked with numerous clients in the financial, technology, retail, and transportation industries across North America, Europe, and Asia. David also spent 11 years as an expat in the United Kingdom with a significant focus on helping global teams work together effectively.
David is a graduate of the University of Phoenix and earned his MBA from the Quantic School of Business and Technology.
Tom Defloria
SVP of E-Commerce
Tom has over 20 years of executive sales leadership, strategy, and partnership experience. He is an industry expert who is well versed in traditional direct and digital data-driven marketing solutions. Tom currently oversees the e-commerce efforts for Exhance within the United States. His team is responsible for on-boarding U.S.-based partners to drive ancillary revenue to their brands while growing our cashback membership base.
Prior to Exhance, Tom spent 15 years with Data Axle, holding various leadership positions that included overseeing the Enterprise Digital Acquisition team. Tom also held positions with Speedeon Data as SVP of Strategic Partnerships and tech startup VaticAI as Chief Revenue Officer.
Tom was born in Pittsburgh, PA, attaining a B.S. in Business Administration from Westminster College and MBA.
Rachelle Sokan
Head of U.S B2B Marketing
As Vice President of U.S. Marketing at Exhance, Rachelle Sokan leads the strategic marketing team, overseeing brand strategy, demand generation, sales enablement, and marketing technology integration. She is responsible for launching and driving the Exhance brand in the U.S. market.
With over 20 years of experience, Rachelle has revitalized marketing organizations, integrated advanced technologies, and refined demand-generation strategies across various industries. Before joining Exhance, she built and led the marketing function at Cariloop.
Rachelle began her career in process transformation as a Six Sigma Black Belt before transitioning to B2B marketing. She has held senior roles at AMSIVE, SGK, and Essendant, where she drove significant revenue growth and brand strategy.
Rachelle graduated cum laude with an MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management and holds a Bachelor of Arts from DePaul University. She is also a certified Change Management Consultant and Six Sigma Black Belt. Born and raised in the northwest suburbs of Chicago, she now resides with her husband and five boys.
Committed to giving back, Rachelle teaches marketing and product strategy as a guest lecturer at John Hersey High School. She is passionate about mentoring the next generation of marketers.
